※ If the vehicle is returned earlier than the contracted period, the basic fee for unused days will be refunded, minus a mid-term cancellation fee:
Mid-term cancellation fee: [Contracted basic fee - Actual usage fee] × 50% (maximum 6,000 yen excl. tax).
※ If you bring a pet (allowed in P5, W, and RV classes only), you must reserve in advance.
Pets must be in a cage with a protective sheet underneath.
A 500 yen (excl. tax) fee per rental applies.
※ In case of flight delays, we cannot assist outside business hours. Please understand that we will handle it the next business day.
